Having a bottle in your bathroom or on your dressing table is a visual reminder to check using the cream & QR Guide on the bottle to make it an easy process.
Mammograms don't begin until later in life, so early detection can make all the difference. Naluva was designed to support a simple monthly self-check habit - in a way that feels natural, gentle and easy to maintain.

How to Check Your Breasts Using NALUVA Cream
Simple monthly guidance to help you check your breasts confidently and become more breast aware.
1. LOOK
Stand in front of a mirror with your arms relaxed, then raised.
Check visually for any changes in shape, size, skin or nipples.
2. FEEL
Apply a small amount of NALUVA cream to your fingertips.
Using gentle circular motions, check each breast from collarbone to underarm.
Use light pressure first, then deeper pressure.
NALUVA cream helps reduce skin drag, allowing your hands to glide more smoothly and making checking feel easier and more comfortable.
3. CHECK NIPPLES
Gently feel around and over the nipple area.
Look for any discharge, pain or changes in this area.
4. MONTHLY REMINDER
Set a monthly reminder in your phone calendar or diary to complete your check -for example, the 1st of each month or a date that suits you.
